The SportsCar Shop strives to build a lasting relationship with its clients through honest communication about the condition of their car.  We perform a multi-point inspection of every car when it comes in, similar to the “certified pre-owned inspections” that are touted by the car dealers. This produces a report on the condition of the vehicle and the estimated life of each system. We do this to provide the customer with the information they need to make an informed decision on the service he/she wants performed on their car. The report also helps to reduce future unexpected expenses and provide the client with the ability to plan ahead for the maintenance needs of their vehicle.

During regular maintenance visits or before an unscheduled repair is undertaken the shop manager will go over the options with the client and the expected results as well as any issues that might come up during the work.

Of course, the Shop also provides a warranty for its work. In the event that a repair is unsuccessful, the Shop will fix the problem and only charge for the parts and service that corrected the problem. The customer will never have to worry that the mechanic is on a parts fishing expedition financed from his/her wallet.
